氚致脑细胞损伤效应的研究进展

Research progress on the effects of tritium induced brain cells damage

  • 摘要: 氚的辐射生物效应及其机制的研究是辐射防护和放射医学等领域的研究热点,氚水进入机体可对中枢神经系统造成严重影响。笔者总结了氚水照射对动物的脑细胞数量、增殖及分化,脑组织游离氨基酸、神经元发育、神经内分泌等方面的影响,介绍了氚水照射诱导神经系统相关蛋白和基因表达改变的研究进展,指出应用细胞、小鼠、斑马鱼等多种模型对氚致生物体损伤效应及其机制进行深入研究是未来的发展方向。

     

    Abstract: The biological effects of tritium radiation and its mechanism is a research hotspot in the fields of radiation protection and radiation medicine. Tritium water entering the body can have a serious impact on the central nervous system. The authors summarized the effects of tritium water irradiation on the brain cell number, proliferation and differentiation, free amino acids in brain tissue, neuronal development, and neuroendocrine. Tritium water irradiation induced changes in the nervous system proteins and genes expression were introduced. The authors point out that it is the future development direction to apply various models such as cells, mice, and zebrafish to conduct in-depth research on the damage effect and mechanism of tritium-induced organisms.
