Abstract:
The author reported a case of a patient with postoperative prostate cancer complicated by clear cell renal cell carcinoma, who underwent
18F-FDG/PSMA PET/CT imaging. The diagnostic features of this condition were introduced and analyzed from various perspectives, including multimodal imaging manifestations, clinical diagnosis, and histopathological examination. Through a literature review, the application scope, diagnostic advantages, and prospects of
18F-FDG and PSMA PET/CT imaging in oncology were further elucidated. The aim is to promote the clinical application of FDG and PSMA-targeted PET/CT imaging, particularly the utility of PSMA imaging beyond prostate cancer.
