Clinical application of PET/MRI in multiple myeloma

  • 摘要: PET/MRI是一种将PET和MRI融合为一体的先进影像设备,基于组织器官的代谢和解剖结构进行同步成像,在多种疾病中具有独特优势,尤其是其在多发性骨髓瘤(MM)中的临床应用价值值得关注。笔者从PET/MRI显像剂、图像采集以及其在MM的诊断、微小病灶的检测及预后评估等方面的应用展开综述,以期进一步阐明PET/MRI在MM精准诊疗中的临床价值,推动个性化治疗方案的制定与疗效监测体系的优化。

     

    Abstract: PET/MRI is an advanced imaging device that integrates PET and MRI, which can simultaneously image the metabolic and anatomical structures of tissues and organs, and has unique advantages in many diseases, especially its clinical application value in multiple myeloma (MM) deserves attention. The authors systematically examine the application of PET/MRI in MM, focusing on imaging agents, acquisition protocols, and its role in disease diagnosis, detection of minimal residual diseases, and prognostic stratifications, which aims to further elucidate the clinical value of PET/MRI in precision diagnosis and treatment of MM, thereby facilitating the development of personalized therapeutic strategies and optimizing response monitoring frameworks.
