心肌梗死炎症浸润的影像可视化研究进展及其临床价值

Research progress and clinical value of imaging visualization of inflammatory infiltration in myocardial infarction

  • 摘要: 心肌梗死是伴随心肌细胞炎症反应和坏死的严重心血管疾病。适当的炎症反应有利于心肌梗死后的损伤修复,而过度的炎症反应可能导致恶性心律失常、心力衰竭等严重并发症。随着功能影像的发展,心肌梗死后炎症浸润显像已成为心肌梗死研究中的一个重要领域。心肌梗死炎症浸润可视化技术包括心脏磁共振成像、PET、SPECT等。笔者对心肌梗死炎症浸润可视化技术的研究进展、临床应用及发展趋势进行综述,以期为心肌梗死炎症浸润的临床评估及诊治提供思路。

     

    Abstract: Myocardial infarction is a severe cardiovascular disease characterized by inflammation reaction and necrosis of myocardial cells. Moderate inflammatory reaction is beneficial for injury repair following myocardial infarction, but excessive inflammatory reaction may lead to severe complications such as malignant arrhythmias and heart failure. With the advancement of functional imaging techniques, visualization of inflammatory infiltration in myocardial infarction has emerged as a significant study area. Techniques including cardiac magnetic resonance imaging, PET, SPECT and others. The authors reviewed the research progress, clinical applications and trends in development of visualization techniques of inflammatory infiltration in myocardial infarction, which aimed to provide ideas for clinical assessment, diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
