核医学分子影像在食管癌中的应用及研究进展

Application and research progress of nuclear medicine molecular imaging in esophagus cancer

  • 摘要: 食管癌是一种常见的消化道恶性肿瘤,早期发病隐匿,晚期具有局部侵袭和转移风险,预后较差。目前,组织病理学检查仍然是诊断食管癌的“金标准”,然而,医学影像检查结果是食管癌临床分期的主要依据,在食管癌治疗决策中起到关键性的作用。其中,PET/CT、PET/MRI以及SPECT/CT等多模态显像技术逐渐成为食管癌诊疗中极具潜力的非侵入性显像手段。笔者就PET/CT、PET/MRI和SPECT/CT在食管癌中的应用及研究进展进行综述,以期进一步提高分子影像技术在食管癌诊疗中的价值。

     

    Abstract: Esophageal cancer is one of the common gastrointestinal cancers, with insidious onset in the early stage, large risk of local invasion and distant metastasis in late stage, and poor prognosis for recovery. At present, histopathological examination is still the "gold standard" for the diagnosis of esophageal cancer, but the medical imaging examination is the main basis for clinical staging of esophageal cancer and it plays a key role in the therapeutic decision-making of esophageal cancer treatment. The multimode imaging methods of PET/CT, PET/MRI and SPECT/CT are becoming highly potential non-invasive imaging methods in esophageal cancer treatment. The authors reviewed the application and research progress of PET/CT, PET/MRI and SPECT/CT in esophageal cancer, in order to further improve the value of molecular imaging technology in the diagnosis and treatment of esophagus cancer.
