Abstract:
The authors reported a case of vasospastic angina pectoris diagnosed by various coronary vascular reactivity tests such as coronary angiography, ultrasonic myocardial longitudinal strain and radionuclide myocardial perfusion imaging before and after cold press test. The characteristics of the disease were introduced from the aspects of clinical symptoms, laboratory examination results, and myocardial perfusion imaging characteristics, and the understanding of vasospastic angina pectoris was deepened through literature review.
