射血分数保留的心力衰竭的影像学研究现状与进展

Research status and progress on the imaging of heart failure with preserved ejection fraction

  • 摘要: 射血分数保留的心力衰竭(HFpEF)是一组机制复杂的临床综合征,近年来其发病率及病死率均逐年升高。由于HFpEF的早期症状及体征缺乏特异性,故其诊断具有一定的困难。随着相关影像检查技术的快速发展,关于HFpEF的发病机制和病理生理改变的研究有了新的进展,这为HFpEF的早期诊断及临床管理开辟了新方向。笔者主要对近年来HFpEF的影像学研究现状与进展进行综述。

     

    Abstract: Heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF) is a complex clinical syndrome with complex mechanisms. The diagnosis of HFpEF is challenging due to the absence of specificity in early signs and symptoms. With the rapid development of related imaging techniques, further progress has been made in the study of the pathogenesis and pathophysiological changes of HFpEF, which opens up a new direction for the early diagnosis and clinical management of HFpEF. The paper reviews the current research status and progress on the imaging of HFpEF in recent years.
