甲状腺髓样癌是一种起源于甲状腺滤泡旁细胞的神经内分泌肿瘤,其预后较差,当发生骨转移时多考虑采用外科手术与局部放疗进行治疗。虽然凡德他尼和卡博替尼等靶向药物已经获得美国食品药品监督管理局批准用于甲状腺髓样癌的治疗,但是我国国家市场监督管理总局尚未批准上述靶向药物用于甲状腺髓样癌的治疗。我们通过对1例行131I联合125I粒子局部植入治疗的甲状腺髓样癌-乳头状癌骨转移患者的疗效进行经验总结,旨在为甲状腺髓样癌骨转移的治疗提供新的参考方法。
131I联合125I粒子植入治疗甲状腺髓样癌-乳头状癌骨转移一例及其SPECT/CT剂量学的验证

摘要: 笔者报道了1例经临床治疗的甲状腺髓样癌-乳头状癌骨转移患者,患者的病理类型在文献报道中较为少见。笔者通过对131I联合125I粒子局部植入治疗所取得的疗效进行经验总结,为甲状腺髓样癌骨转移的治疗提供新的参考方法。同时通过SPECT/CT显像对125I粒子植入治疗实体肿瘤进行初步评价,以便找到一种新的、更加精确和简便的剂量学验证方法。Abstract: The author reported a clinically treated patient with medullary and papillary thyroid cancer bone metastasis, the pathology type of the case was relatively rare in the literature. Based on the experience of the efficacy of 131I combined with 125I seed local implantation treatment, a new reference treatment plan for thyroid medullary bone metastasis was provided. At the same time, a preliminary evaluation of 125I seed implantation treated solid tumors was carried out by using SPECT/CT imaging, in order to find a new and more accurate and simple method in dose verification.
