Explanation for the Specification of Dose Estimation for the Radiation Victims in the Early Stage Using Single Cell Gel Electrophoresis

  • Based on the extensive research of literature, systematic study of the relevant laws and regulations related to the specification, the Specification of Dose Estimation for the Radiation Victims in the Early Stage Using Single Cell Gel Electrophoresis was enacted according to the principles about it. It can be used for the quantitative assay of DNA damage induced by whole body uniform irradiation in case of low linear energy transfer. To correctly implement this specification, contents in it were interpreted in this article.
