18F-FDG PET/CT imaging of TAFRO syndrome: a case report

  • The authors reported a case of TAFRO syndrome with whole-body 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG) PET/CT imaging. TAFRO syndrome is a rare disease, typically presenting with acute onset and high mortality rate. The authors primarily analyzed the imaging characteristics of TAFRO syndrome on whole-body 18F-FDG PET/CT and conducted a literature review to provide additional references for diagnosis.
