Idiopathic eosinophilia hepatic infiltration revealed by ¹⁸F-FDG PET/CT imaging: a case report

The authors reported a case of idiopathic eosinophilia hepatic infiltration by ¹⁸F-fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG) PET/CT. ¹⁸F-FDG PET/CT imaging can not only detect hepatic lesions earlier and provide information on glucose metabolism, but also evaluate the distribution of multiple organ involved in the whole body. The authors intend to analyze the case and review the relevant literature in order to deepen the understanding of the imaging characteristics of hepatic infiltration in idiopathic eosinophilia.
