PET是核医学领域较先进的分子影像学技术,可从分子水平动态观察受体、基因表达和细胞代谢等的变化情况。正电子放射性核素显像剂与PET技术结合可实时、定量地对病变相关生物靶点进行分析,将肿瘤生物学行为可视化。近年来,尽管11C、68Ga、64Cu、89Zr及124I标记的正电子分子探针在临床中的应用逐渐增多,但18F标记的分子探针具有较高的显像灵敏度及空间分辨率,故更适合用于PET肿瘤显像。
