  • 摘要: 前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)是一种单链糖蛋白,它由前列腺上皮细胞产生,分泌至前列腺管,因此精液中PSA含量很高,而正常人血清中含量很少。癌变时,患者PSA在血中的浓度升高。近年来,人们对PSA的生物学特征、检测方法、临床应用进行了大量的研究,取得了很大进展。PSA已成为最具有临床价值的肿瘤标志物之一,被应用于前列腺癌的临床诊断和监测。

     

    Abstract: Prostate-Specific Antigen (PSA), a serine proteases. is a glycoprotein consisting of a single polypeptide chain. Secreted exclusively by epithelial cells of the prostate gland, PSA is found largely in seminal plasma. Only a small amount of PSA can be found in normal serum. Serum PSA levels are found to be, considerably increased in prostate cancer patients. A number of studies on PSA have made great achievement on its biochemistry, analytical method and clinical application. PSA as one of the most important tumor marker. is used to help diagnosis and monitor the therapeutic efficacy of prostate cancer.
