  • 摘要: 细胞凋亡早期,磷脂酰丝氨酸从细胞膜脂双层的内层迁移至外层,利用99Tcm标记的AnnexinV对细胞凋亡暴露在细胞膜表面的磷脂酰丝氨酸进行体内显像,可检测早期细胞凋亡。
