  • 摘要: 放射性核素细胞凋亡显像具有直观、无创伤和实时在体观察细胞凋亡等特点,对于脑、心肌细胞缺血再灌注损伤的观察,器官移植排斥反应的监测,肿瘤放疗和化疗效果的评估等方面的应用前景良好,但仍有许多问题有待于进一步探讨。

摘要: 放射性核素细胞凋亡显像具有直观、无创伤和实时在体观察细胞凋亡等特点,对于脑、心肌细胞缺血再灌注损伤的观察,器官移植排斥反应的监测,肿瘤放疗和化疗效果的评估等方面的应用前景良好,但仍有许多问题有待于进一步探讨。
