摘要: 近年来,随着树突状细胞(DC)体外培近年来,随着树突状细胞(DC)体外培养技术的成熟,人们对其分化发育、亚群分类、体内分布与迁移、对抗原摄取、加工、呈递和与某些疾病的关系等进行了深入研究。DC与免疫激发、免疫抑制、移植免疫、抗感染免疫及自身免疫疾病的发生密切相关。鉴于DC独特的生物学功能及其在免疫应答中的独特地位,使其在免疫中的重要作用越来越受到生物医学界的关注。
