  • 摘要: 钠/碘同向转运体是甲状腺滤泡细胞基底细胞膜上的糖蛋白,介导甲状腺对碘的主动运输。本文综述钠/碘同向转运体在基因、蛋白质二级结构、电生理学特征、调控及组织分布等方面的进展,及其对甲状腺疾病和放射性碘治疗的意义。
