结直肠癌患者免疫状况与肿瘤分期的关系
A study immunity condition and its Dukes' classification to tumor in patients with colorectal cancer

摘要: 目的: 研究结直肠癌患者免疫状况及其与肿瘤分期的关系。方法: 用放免法和酶免法分析60例结直肠癌患者外周血中T淋巴细胞亚群、自然杀伤(NK)细胞活性、可溶性白细胞介素-2受体(sIL-2R)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平,比较各项指标与结直肠癌Dukes'分期的关系。结果: 结直肠癌患者抑制性细胞毒性T细胞(CD8+)、sIL-2R和VEGF水平明显高于对照组,成熟T细胞总数(CD3+)、辅助性诱导性T细胞/抑制性细胞毒性T细胞(CD4+/CD8+)及NK细胞活性明显低于对照组;随着结直肠癌Dukes'分期的增高,CD3+、CD4+/CD8+及NK细胞活性逐渐降低,sIL-2R逐渐增高。结论: 结直肠癌患者的细胞免疫功能与肿瘤分期有关,其恶性程度越高,免疫功能越低,预后越差。

Abstract: Objective: To study the immune functions in patients with colorectal cancer and the rela-tionship with turn or stages. Methods: The levels of T-cell subgroup, natural killer(NK) cell activity, vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and soluble interleukin-2 receptor(sIL-2R) were investigated in 60 patients with colorectal cancer by radioimmunoassy(RIA) and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Results: In colorectal cancer, the blood CD3+ and CD4+ levels, the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ and the NK cell activity were lower than that of control group, but the levels of CD8+, VEGF and sIL-2R were higher than in control group, which changed with Dukes'classification. Conclusion: The cytoimmunity functions in patents with colorectal cancer related with Dukes'classification its malignant degree were more high, and the immunity function were more low, prognosis were more bad in patents with colorectal cancer. -
