心脏正电子断层显像的临床评价

摘要: 正电子发射型断层(PET)显像可以活体地评价心脏的局部生理过程,包括测定局部心肌血流量(RMBF)、局部机械功能以及最为重要的局部心肌代谢。因而,它不仅对揭示心脏的生理生化过程,而且对缺血性心脏病和心肌病的诊断、预后估价及各种介入性方法对心肌代谢影响的评价都具有极其重要的价值。
