Research of peripheral cytokine level in thyroid eye disease patients

  • 摘要: 甲状腺性眼病(TED)往往与器官特异性自身免疫有关,已经发现多种细胞因子水平及其变化与TED的临床表现、治疗疗效和预后有一定的关系。对TED患者外周血中的某些细胞因子(包括白细胞介素1β、白细胞介素2、白细胞介素6、白细胞介素8、肿瘤坏死因子α、胰岛素样因子1)的水平进行相关性研究意义重大。
