  • 摘要: 环氧合酶-2(COX-2)抑制剂因其广泛的预防和抑制肿瘤作用,近年来得到人们的关注。COX-2抑制剂与射线合并作用于肿瘤细胞时产生了辐射增敏现象,增敏的机制可能是COX-2抑制剂改变了细胞周期分布,抑制细胞的亚致死性损伤修复,提高对辐射诱导凋亡易感性等。
