  • 摘要: 多发性脑转移瘤(multiple brain metastasis,MBM)由于瘤体散在、多发,成为神经外科疾病治疗难点,近年来,随着立体定向伽玛刀治疗技术的广泛应用,其逐渐成为MBM的首选治疗方法。本文主要对立体定向伽玛刀治疗MBM的机制、预后因素及治疗新进展进行综述。
