  • 摘要: 食管癌术前准确分期对治疗方案的选择及预后判断有重要意义。目前,食管癌分期方法主要有18F-氟脱氧葡萄糖(18F-FDG)PET、超声内镜及CT.超声内镜对食管癌T分期价值较高,三种方法对食管癌局部淋巴结的分期(N分期)各有优缺点,18F-FDG PET对远处转移灶(M分期)的发现有明显的优势.综合运用18F-FDG PET、超声内镜及CT可明显提高食管癌术前分期的准确性。

摘要: 食管癌术前准确分期对治疗方案的选择及预后判断有重要意义。目前,食管癌分期方法主要有18F-氟脱氧葡萄糖(18F-FDG)PET、超声内镜及CT.超声内镜对食管癌T分期价值较高,三种方法对食管癌局部淋巴结的分期(N分期)各有优缺点,18F-FDG PET对远处转移灶(M分期)的发现有明显的优势.综合运用18F-FDG PET、超声内镜及CT可明显提高食管癌术前分期的准确性。
