辐射所致DNA损伤与修复的免疫学检测方法

摘要: 免疫学方法经诸多研究者努力,现已发展成为检测辐射所致DNA损伤与修复的主要方法之一,并在实际应用中显示出特异性强、敏感性高、样品用量低等显着优点。本文结合基本原理与应用实例介绍了这一方面的研究概况。
