Factors that affect the accuracy in the precise radiotherapy for abdomen tumors

  • 摘要: 精确放疗在临床已得到广泛应用,但在实施过程中存在很多影响放疗准确性的因素,最终可明显影响治疗效果。腹部肿瘤精确放疗过程中存在不确定性因素,总结以往的研究数据,分析呼吸运动、摆位、体位及同定技术、体重、肿瘤自身退缩及肿瘤周围器官运动与充盈等情况对精确放疗的影响,有助于对临床工作中要注意的问题进行探讨。
