  • 摘要: 18F-FDGPET已较广泛地用于对恶性肿瘤的诊断和临床分期。常规显像一般用单次显像所测SUV(标准化摄取值)来鉴别良恶性病变,但两者SUV之间有一定交叉,存在一定局限性。而依据不同类型细胞18F-FDG摄取速率不同的机制,进行双时相18F-FDGPET(早期显像加延迟显像),简单而实用,具有较高的灵敏度、特异性和准确性。
