  • 摘要: 线粒体在外界刺激(如电离辐射)诱发细胞凋亡中起中心调控作用。各种死亡信号通过Bcl-2家族蛋白或直接诱导线粒体膜通透性增加、细胞色素c释放和caspases激活,最终引起细胞凋亡。线粒体膜通透性改变的机制,目前还不完全清楚。简要综述细胞凋亡的线粒体调控机制及电离辐射在其机制中的可能作用。

摘要: 线粒体在外界刺激(如电离辐射)诱发细胞凋亡中起中心调控作用。各种死亡信号通过Bcl-2家族蛋白或直接诱导线粒体膜通透性增加、细胞色素c释放和caspases激活,最终引起细胞凋亡。线粒体膜通透性改变的机制,目前还不完全清楚。简要综述细胞凋亡的线粒体调控机制及电离辐射在其机制中的可能作用。
