体细胞HPRT基因位点突变在电离辐射研究中的应用潜势

摘要: 体细胞次黄嘌呤鸟嘌呤磷酸核糖转移酶(HPRT)基因位点是一个对电离辐射变化非常敏感的位点。本文简要介绍了该基因位点的几种检测方法、与电离辐射剂量间的关系、突变的基因位点持续存在的时间以及在电离辐射研究中的发展前景。
