电离辐射诱发DNA链断裂及其修复动力学

摘要: 电离辐射诱发DNA损伤及其修复过程的研究对揭示电离辐射生物效应的分子机理有重要意义。本文根据近年来文献报道,论述了辐射诱发哺乳动物细胞DNA链断裂的依据、与致死效应和染色体畸变的关系、修复模式及测定方法的新进展。
