内照射核素的放射遗传毒理效应

摘要: 由于研究工作的不断深化,各学科间的互相渗透,使内污染放射毒理学的研究内容,已从对本代健康影响的观察,发展到对下一代危害的研究,进而派生出了放射遗传毒理效应这个重要的分支。本文探讨了受放射性核素内照射可诱发体细胞和生殖细胞的放射遗传毒理效应,进而阐述了内照射核素诱发放射遗传毒理效应的分子荃础DNA损伤与基因突变和染色体畸变的关系。
