  • 摘要: 随着人类寿命的延长,骨质疏松症发病率呈上升趋势,早期诊断对骨质疏松治疗及预后判断均具有重要意义.目前主要利用影像学方法诊断骨质疏松及其并发症,通过分析对比各种影像学诊断方法,如双能X射线测定、定量CT、定量超声、核素全身骨显像等,综合评价其在骨质疏松诊断中的优点及局限性,特别是核素全身骨显像定量测定为骨质疏松诊断提供了新参数.

骨质疏松症影像学诊断的应用现状与研究进展

摘要: 随着人类寿命的延长,骨质疏松症发病率呈上升趋势,早期诊断对骨质疏松治疗及预后判断均具有重要意义.目前主要利用影像学方法诊断骨质疏松及其并发症,通过分析对比各种影像学诊断方法,如双能X射线测定、定量CT、定量超声、核素全身骨显像等,综合评价其在骨质疏松诊断中的优点及局限性,特别是核素全身骨显像定量测定为骨质疏松诊断提供了新参数.
