谷胱甘肽在细胞放射反应中的应用

摘要: 谷胱甘肽广泛存在于各种组织及细胞中,具有多种生理功能。本文综述了谷胱甘肽在细胞放射反应中的作用。细胞内谷胱甘肽降低后,其有氧及乏氧状态下的辐射敏感性均增高,尤以后者增加明显。细胞的氧增比多下降。同时,细胞内谷胱甘肽降低后,有助于提高亲电子性乏氧细胞增敏剂及某些化疗药物的效果。
