摘要: 胶体铼按所标核素的不同分为¹⁸⁸Re标记的胶体铼和其他核素标记的胶体铼。在放射性关节滑膜切除术中,用¹⁸⁸Re标记的硫化胶体铼是一种有效的治疗手段,对于荷瘤(如黑色素瘤、肝癌等)小鼠也有一定的治疗效果。淋巴显像中⁹⁹Tc^m标记的胶体铼是前哨淋巴结显像中常用的一种显像剂。

Abstract: The most useful colloidal rhenium can be classified into two kinds according to its radionu-clide:the 188 Re labelled colloid and the colloidal rhenium labeled with other radionuclide. Rhenium-188 sulphur colloid has been shown to be an effective treatment as a radiation synovectomy agent. ¹⁸⁸Re-labeled colloid, in addition was used to evaluate the effectiveness of this agent on some tumors such as melanoma, liver cancer in mice. For mapping sentinel nodes in lymphoscintigraphy, ⁹⁹Tc^m labeled rhenium colloid is a suitabl agent.
