  • 摘要: p21基因是细胞周期的负向调控因子,在一定的因素诱导下,p21基因可有效地引起细胞周期G1期和G2期阻滞,从而在维持基因组稳定性中起重要作用。辐射及TGFβ1、TNFα、PTEN、IGF等因子均可诱导p21基因表达增高,而E1A、c-jun、Tbx2、PLD1和PLD2等因子则抑制p21基因表达。

摘要: p21基因是细胞周期的负向调控因子,在一定的因素诱导下,p21基因可有效地引起细胞周期G1期和G2期阻滞,从而在维持基因组稳定性中起重要作用。辐射及TGFβ1、TNFα、PTEN、IGF等因子均可诱导p21基因表达增高,而E1A、c-jun、Tbx2、PLD1和PLD2等因子则抑制p21基因表达。
