  • 摘要: 肝细胞癌(HCC)的早期诊断是获得临床治愈的关键,准确分期是制定合理治疗方案的基础。尽管18F-氟脱氧葡萄糖(18F-FDG)PET诊断HCC的总体敏感性不高,但其阳性显像与肿瘤分化程度、肝内外转移、门静脉癌栓及血清甲胎蛋白水平等许多因素相关。因此,18F-FDG PET在中、低分化的HCC诊断、分期与再分期、监测治疗反应、评价疗效、判断预后以及鉴别肝脏良性疾病等方面具有独特的价值。
