131I-碘化油治疗肝癌的辐射剂量学研究

摘要: γ-相机和SPECT仪,一方面可以对病人进行连续显像,另一方面可运用计算机专门的定量技术,再加上模型实验,明了药物体内分布和排泄情况,并确知肿瘤和其他组织的核素浓聚量及核素实际聚集区域的体积大小,从而根据MIRD方法,获得肿瘤及其他组织或器官的辐射吸收剂量分布。本文综述了获得131I-碘化油治疗肝癌的辐射剂量学资料的基本原理和方法程序。
