辐射所致细胞周期G2期延迟及其分子机制

摘要: 细胞周期G2期延迟与调控细胞周期的特定蛋白──细胞周期素(Cyclin)有关,辐射作用后,细胞周期素的转录、表达发生改变,与细胞周期素结合的p34cdc2磷酸化和脱磷酸化状态也发生变化,从而导致细胞在G2期滞留。
