放射损伤的内分泌改变

摘要: 放射损伤可以直接或间接地引起内分泌腺和内分泌细胞的功能及形态改变,导致下丘脑神经内分泌功能损伤和垂体-肾上腺、垂体-甲状腺、垂体-性腺轴的损伤及功能紊乱;垂体生长激素分泌减少,催乳素分泌增加;胰岛素、前列腺素、肠道激素分泌减少。
