结直肠癌(colorectal cancer,CRC)是全世界发病率和病死率分别位居第3位和第4位的恶性肿瘤[1]。据美国癌症协会最新研究数据显示,CRC的病死率在美国所有癌症中位居第2位,每年约4.9万人死于此疾病[2]。在我国,CRC发病人数呈明显上升趋势,2015年已突破37.6万人/年,上升至各类肿瘤的第4位[3],严重威胁我国国民健康。

摘要: CT虚拟结肠镜(CTVC)应用临床以来,在结直肠癌(CRC)的诊断方面越来越显示出其独特的优势,较短的检查时间、较低的辐射剂量和高质量的成像使其成为CRC的早期筛查手段。笔者主要对CTVC在CRC早期筛查方面的进展和临床价值进行综述。

Abstract: Since the application of computed tomography virtual colonography(CTVC) in clinic, it shows an increasing superiority in the diagnosis of colorectal cancer(CRC). Its high image quality, low radiation dose and high scanning speed make it possible to become a suitable method for the early diagnosis of CRC. This article makes a brief review about the progress of CTVC in the diagnosis of CRC and its clinical value.-
