肿瘤是危害人类健康的常见和多发的疾病, 其中恶性肿瘤即癌症是目前危害人类健康的最严重疾病之一。根据相关统计得知, 我国每年新增恶性肿瘤患者数已超180万[1], 死亡人数已超110万[2], 每年用于癌症患者的医疗费近千亿元, 占每年卫生总费用的20%[3], 近几年癌症的发病率还在不断上升。目前, 治疗恶性肿瘤的常用措施(诸如化疗、药物、手术等)非常复杂, 疗效也不甚理想, 这促使人们研究新的治疗方法。利用磁场的生物效应来治疗恶性肿瘤是这些新疗法研究中一个较为可行的发展方向。

摘要: 该文论述了低频磁场对肿瘤细胞的选择性杀伤或生长抑制作用, 以及存在的对肿瘤作用的频率窗效应和功率窗效应, 指出了低频磁场在肿瘤放化疗过程中的增敏作用以及对多药耐药问题的改善作用, 分析了其物理增敏的原因, 并提出了对低频脉冲磁场参数规范的必要性, 以减小因磁场差异而造成实验结果的不确定性。Abstract: This paper reveals the selective injury effect and suppressing growth effect of low frequency magnetic field on tumor cells. The effects occur in special `frequency windows' and `power windows'. This paper also points out the sensitization from low frequency magnetic field occurs in radiotherapy and chemotherapy of tumor and the multi-drug resistance is decreased, analyzes the cause of physical sensitization. Finally, this paper presents that the low frequency pulse magnetic field should be normalized for the uncertainty from differences of pulse magnetic field.
