放射性核素显像诊断下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床研究

摘要: 目的 探讨放射性核素显像诊断下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的价值。方法 利用SPECT对177例可疑下肢DVT患者进行99Tcm-大颗粒聚合白蛋白(99Tcm-MAA)核素静脉显像(RNV)。结果 RNV对下肢DVT诊断的灵敏度、特异度和准确度分别为92.1%(129/140)、83.7%(31/37)、90.3%(160/177),DV工具有较为典型的RNV影像表现。结论 RNV安全无创、简便易行,灵敏度、特异度及准确度较高。能较准确反映DVT后深浅静脉功能状态,是一种可靠的诊断下肢DVT方法。Abstract: Objective To explore the value of radionuclide venography(RNV) in the diagnosis of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis(DVT). Methods One hundred and seventy-seven patients suffering from suspected lower extremity DVT the 99Tcm-macroaggregateed albumin(99Tcm-MAA) RNV examination by SPECT.Results The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of RNV in the diagnosis of DVT were 92.1%(1 29/140),83.7%(31/37),90.3%(160/177).DVT had a typical imaging feature of the RNV.Conclusio RNV is safe,non-invasive and simple.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of RNV are higher.And it can reflect the functional status of the veins of the patients with DVT more accurately.RNV is a reliable method in the diagnosis of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis.
