成纤维细胞活化蛋白抑制剂 PET/CT显像在非肿瘤性病变中的研究进展

The research progress of PET/CT imaging of fibroblast activation protein inhibitors in non-neoplastic lesions

  • 摘要: 成纤维细胞活化蛋白(FAP)是一种具有二肽基肽酶和内肽酶活性的丝氨酸蛋白酶,常在肿瘤相关成纤维细胞(CAFs)中过表达。目前,放射性核素标记的成纤维细胞活化蛋白抑制剂(FAPI)PET/CT显像在肿瘤中的应用成为核医学研究的新热点。然而,现有的研究表明FAP在活化的成纤维细胞中亦高表达,有关FAPI PET/CT显像在非肿瘤性疾病(如心肌梗死、间质性肺疾病及免疫球蛋白G4相关疾病等)方面的研究均取得了一定进展,且在疾病的早期诊断及疗效评估中具有潜在的应用前景。笔者就FAPI PET/CT显像在非肿瘤性疾病中的研究进展进行综述。

     

    Abstract: Fibroblast activation protein (FAP) is a serine protease with dipeptidyl peptidase and endopeptidase activities, which is often overexpressed in tumor-associated fibroblasts (CAFs). Currently, the application of radiolabeled fibroblast activation protein inhibitors (FAPI) PET/CT imaging in tumors has become a new focus in nuclear medicine research. However, existing studies have shown that FAP is also highly expressed in activated fibroblasts, and research on the use of FAPI PET/CT imaging in non-neoplastic diseases such as myocardial infarction, interstitial lung diseases, and immunoglobulin G4-related diseases has made some progress. It has potential applications in the early diagnosis and therapeutic evaluation of diseases. The author provides a review of the research progress of FAPI PET/CT imaging in non-neoplastic diseases.
