靶向PSMA的PET显像与放射性配体疗法在非前列腺肿瘤中的研究进展

Research progress of PET imaging and radioligand therapy targeting PSMA in non-prostate neoplasms

  • 摘要: 靶向前列腺特异性膜抗原(PSMA)的PET显像和放射性配体疗法成功实现了临床转化,并被纳入国内外多个前列腺癌诊疗指南。除前列腺癌外,PSMA也被证实在多种实体肿瘤及其新生血管中高表达。在非前列腺肿瘤中,靶向PSMA的PET显像与放射性配体疗法的研究日益增多,笔者对上述相关基础与临床研究进行总结,以初步阐明其在非前列腺肿瘤诊断与治疗中的临床价值。

     

    Abstract: PET imaging and radioligand therapy targeting prostate specific membrane antigen (PSMA) have been successfully translated into clinical practice. They have been incorporated into several national and international guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of prostate cancer. Besides prostate cancer, PSMA has been confirmed to be highly expressed in a variety of solid malignancies and their neovasculature. PET imaging and radioligand therapy targeting PSMA are increasingly studied in non-prostate neoplasms. The authors review relevant basic and clinical research to preliminarily clarify its clinical value in the diagnosis and treatment for non-prostate neoplasms.
