基于深度学习的PET/MRI多模态显像在阿尔茨海默病中的应用进展

Application progress of PET/MRI multimodal imaging based on deep learning in Alzheimer disease

  • 摘要: PET/MRI扫描及深度学习在阿尔茨海默病(AD)的诊断中具有重要意义,笔者综述了深度学习在AD相关PET/MRI的影像分析及临床诊断方面的具体研究进展,对当前存在的局限性和挑战作出分析,并指出深度学习与PET/MRI多模态显像技术的联合应用显著优化了AD的影像数据处理及分析效能,是未来实现AD精准诊疗的关键性辅助工具。

     

    Abstract: PET/MRI scanning and deep learning are of great significance in the diagnosis of Alzheimer disease (AD). The authors review the specific research progress of deep learning in AD-related PET/MRI imaging analysis and clinical diagnosis, analyze the current limitations and challenges, and point out that the combined application of deep learning and PET/MRI multimodal imaging technology significantly optimizes the imaging data processing and analysis efficiency of AD, and is a key auxiliary tool for achieving accurate diagnosis and treatment of AD in the future.
